All orders placed with WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd are subject to product availability and supplier confirmation.

Orders are considered confirmed once any required deposit has been received and WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd has accepted the order.

WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse, amend, or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Supplier shortages
• Pricing errors
• Supply chain disruptions
• Unforeseen operational issues

Certain products may be available only seasonally or subject to supplier availability. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been confirmed.

• Whole primal cuts
• Bulk cartons and boxes

• Supplier-packed products
• Sausages and smallgoods
• Mince and value-added products
• Promotional meat packs
• Seasonal and specialty products

Customers acknowledge and accept that:

• Products are supplied in the form packed and supplied by the producer, processor, or supplier.
• Products may be sold as individual cuts, cartons, boxes, packs, supplier-packed products, or promotional packs.
• Products are sold primarily by weight unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Advertised weights, estimated weights, pack sizes, and estimated totals are approximate only.
• Actual supplied weights may vary due to the natural characteristics of meat products.
• Product appearance, size, shape, fat cover, marbling, and yield may vary between animals and individual cuts.
• Promotional packs are based on estimated product weights and individual component weights may vary slightly.
• Product branding, labels, processor marks, supplier packaging, and producer identification may vary between suppliers and deliveries.
• Products may be supplied fresh, chilled, or frozen depending on the product and availability.
• Custom cutting, repackaging, or product alterations may not be available unless specifically advertised.

Where a product becomes unavailable after ordering, WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd may offer a substitute product of similar quality, value, or specification. Customers will be contacted prior to any substitution being supplied.

Products may be advertised using:

• Estimated weights
• Estimated prices
• Package prices
• Per-kilogram pricing
• Promotional pricing

Due to the natural variation of meat products, actual supplied weights may vary from advertised or estimated weights.

Final pricing may be adjusted based on:

• Actual supplied weight
• Supplier pricing
• Product availability
• Product substitutions (where agreed)

Where products are sold by weight, customers will be charged based on the actual supplied weight.

Prices displayed are indicative only and may change due to supplier or market price movements before delivery.

WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd will endeavour to notify customers of any material pricing adjustments prior to collection where practicable.

A deposit may be required to secure an order.

The remaining balance is payable at collection or delivery.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• EFTPOS
• Debit card
• Credit card
• Electronic bank transfer

Deposits are refundable if an order is cancelled before orders officially close, generally one week prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Once orders have closed, deposits become non-refundable due to supplier commitments and stock purchasing requirements.

Cancellations requested after the order closing date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests may be considered at the discretion of WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd in exceptional circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer's rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders may be delivered to nominated collection points, including schools, clubs, workplaces, businesses, or community locations.

Collection times will be advised prior to delivery.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the nominated collection window.

If a customer is unable to collect their order, they may arrange for another person to collect on their behalf.

Participating schools, clubs, workplaces, businesses, and community organisations act solely as collection locations and are not responsible for:

• Product quality
• Order administration
• Payments
• Refunds
• Food safety
• Customer disputes

Where collection cannot occur during the scheduled time, customers may have up to 24 hours to organise collection, subject to prior arrangement and available refrigeration or storage capacity.

If products are not collected within the agreed timeframe, WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd may dispose of, donate, freeze, resell, or otherwise deal with the products at its discretion.

Refunds will not be provided for uncollected orders.

Risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer upon collection or delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are refrigerated or frozen immediately after collection.

Customers should bring suitable eskies, cooler bags, freezer bags, or storage containers where appropriate.

WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd is not responsible for spoilage resulting from:

• Delayed collection
• Improper transport
• Incorrect storage
• Power outages
• Refrigeration or freezer failure after collection

Customers should inspect their order upon collection.

Any concerns regarding missing products, incorrect products, or product quality should be reported within 24 hours of collection.

WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd may partner with schools, clubs, sporting organisations, businesses, and community groups as part of fundraising initiatives.

Fundraising contributions may be calculated based on:

• Kilograms sold
• Product sales
• Promotional arrangements
• Other agreed fundraising structures

WA Meat Supplies Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, pause, or discontinue fundraising partnerships at any time.
